Hi, I’m Anne.

I worked for 18 years in TV production, shifted to stay-at-home motherhood, then built a business as a professional organizer and coach. Along the way, I discovered that mental clarity unlocks everything else—better decisions, healthier relationships and the wisdom and to do what matters most.

I am on a mission to bring this kind of mental clarity to as many people as possible. I truly believe that the more people who live with a positive mindset, the more positive our world gets.

My is an 8-week mental fitness program that blends weekly video learning with daily, app -guided practice. As a Certified Positive IntelligenceCoach®, I’ll support you or your team in applying these tools in practical, meaningful ways.

Daily Practice

Each day, you’ll complete short, app-guided exercises designed to strengthen your mental fitness. These bite-sized practices fit easily into your schedule and are tailored to help you quiet your unique patterns of self-sabotage.

Weekly Focus

Once a week, you’ll watch a powerful video session that introduces the mental fitness focus for the week. The content is experiential and inspiring, giving you the insight and motivation to apply what you learn in real life.

Progress You Can See

You’ll receive measurable feedback on your growth through the app, helping you track how your mental fitness is improving over time. With consistent practice, participants often notice meaningful shifts in just a few weeks.

Support and Accountability

You’ll meet regularly with me, and in some cases, with a small group called a Pod, to share, reflect, and receive encouragement. Research shows that this kind of support significantly increases you success in building lasting new habits.
